Nothing personal Becky, but I don´t think so. To end my part in a nuclear discussion. As far as I know USofA hides the surrender of japan a few days to "study" the bombs. Hiroshima and Nagasaki are two tactical totally useless cities in japan. Truman & Co. searched for cities with non or just some damage to have a clear view of the distruction they cause. It was cold planned.
To use a sentence like you sounds very far from ethical aspects imho. F.e. jewish people are hated since the dark ages. They never get threated better then after the 2. WW. But can you say the people died in german concentration camps saves lives and brings better lifes to the jewish people today? I don´t think so. I can´t imagine that anyone who lost his life would think that he or she was the price that have to be paid to save others. (Where is my DAMN LANGUAGE BARRIERE bind..)
I made just one test. Why testing factory engines? And it´s a question of taste what car you like and what don´t. I don´t like girls roadsters like Miata f.e.
I like big, old Rüsselsheim Iron.
No not at all. Ok, since I play lfs I call people who drive slow on the left side "blocker" instead of "a***ole". Erm.. sometimes I´m searching the draft behind other cars....and sometimes I´m looking for the shift+h...or shift+r...but..no..didn´t changed my way of driving.
Can´t read this without making a comment about it. There were a lot of terrible torror acts (called war) in the history of humans. But the biggest terroract was definatly the nuclear bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
Don´t forget that older fuel injection cars (until l-jettronic comes up around 1980) don´t use any kind of fuel cutoff. Same to engines using carburators. With a carburator engine you better never lift complete in downhill because this will close the throttle valve (damn language barriere) completly, no air is taken and your engine uses a huge amount of fuel.
